In order to mount your pedal cleats to your shoes, they must have matching bolt patterns (pedals come with cleats, shoes come without). The three common cleat configurations on cycling shoes are SPD-R, Look/SPD-SL and SPD. The illustrations above show the bolt-hole patterns found on the shoe soles for each cleat type.
If you're unsure what bolt pattern your shoes and pedals have, please contact us. We're here to help! |

These are my first shoes, and they're awesome, I don't have any trouble with them, I use them for the gym and road and it's great, so I would recommend these shoes for the people who are starting in this subject.

Constantly use these for spin class, conditioning and triathlons. Very comfortable, lots of mesh so they dry quickly and keep your feet cool. Not the stiffest shoes out there, but very easy on your feet.

Comments:
This is a comfortable shoe that is pretty inexpensive. Trying to walk rocks on a slope is like ice skating downhill.
